How can I take horizontally flipped selfies?
Go to the app settings menu and switch on "Save as Preview" feature.
Retrica says I have to pay for the Pro Upgrade. Isn't Retrica free?
You probably chose one of Retrica Pro filters. Go to the filter selection menu and choose a filter without a lock icon on it. Retrica is free and comes with 40 filters, but there are paid features too.
I bought Pro Upgrade, but there are still filters I have to buy!
Go Pro or Retrica Pro includes three filter packs: Plexiglass, Cinema and Superb. All other premium filter packs are not included in Go Pro, as they are new filters introduced in the version 2.3.
I cannot restore my payments. What can I do?
Contact Apple for help. Payment processing is managed by Apple in its entirety, and Retrica cannot access any information concerning your issue with payment restoring. You can alternatively try logging out from the App Store and restarting your device before trying again. This does not always work, however.
How can I take a collage (multi-shot) photo?
Tap the leftmost icon from the top layer of the bottom bar. Choose a collage mode you'd like.
I want filter-less Retrica. Is it possible?
Yes. You can slide the thin bar appearing at the top of the filter seleciton menu to the left. Update your Retrica to the latest version if you do not see the bar.
Retrica shows preview and photos without filters on! What can I do?
You have set your filter strength to zero. Slide the thin bar appearing at the top of the filter selection menu to the right.
How can I request a refund?
Inquire Apple, if you think you have a legitimate reason for a refund.
I accidently deleted my photos. Is there anyway to restore them?
Check your iCloud or iTunes backup. Retrica currently does not support any custom backup service.
How can I use the flashlight?
Retrica currently does not support the flashlight.
Can I take a photo with the volume button?
No. Retrica follows user interface guidelines set out by Apple, which prohibits such feature. Inquire Apple for specific user interface guidelines they created.
What is the difference between Pro Upgrade in Retrica and Retrica Pro on the App Store?
None. They are, however, technically different items in the eyes of the App Store. You cannot restore your payment for in-app purchase of Go Pro on Retrica after buying Retrica Pro from the App Store.
How can I apply filters on photos I have taken with another camera app?
You can purchase "Enhance Your Photos" item on Retrica for iOS (separate purchase from the Go Pro or Retrica Pro.) This will allow you to edit as many photos as you want.
